Pass percentage of Chartered Accountancy exams is so low. This is so to maintain the pass percentage. There is demand and supply rule applicable. Institute produces only that much CA which are required actually in the market. This adequate production of CAs is the basic reason why is the pass percentage of chartered accountancy exams so low. It is important to maintain the dignity of the profession. If there is bulk production of CAs then they won't get that respect as they get in market. and this is the reason why Chartered Accountncy exams are toughest and the pass percentage of chartered accountancy exams so low.

Hie Rohith,
Ca course is regarded as a toughest course in India , this is a primary reason of low percentage in CA exam
Secondly, Ca is a very valuable course and its required lots of hardwork to crack the exam. Many students appear for it every year, but it really requires complete determination and hardwork to face the exam and crack it. Therefore passing percentage of CA exam is low as compare to other courses.
Hiiii friends.....
**CA course is treated as most tough course but my opinion is this course is not tough but it is a course for tough persons.**
This course being valuable and requires the Advanced knowledge of its core area, so many persons lack the advanced knowledge this is the reason for low results. Because CA means king or queen of Accounts so it is different from normal accountants they have only general knowledge and CA's have advanced knowledge.
And to maintain CA's future and its long journey moving in fluent way the result is low because many CA's low will be the demand.
