Rule against inalienability also known as rule against restraint on transfer states that Every person who is transferee may freely transfer the property without any restriction. Thus according to the above rule, no one should be stopped from transfer of property.

**RULE AGAINST INALIENABILITY** Rule against inalienability also known as rule against restraint on transfer states that Every person who is transferee may freely transfer the property without any restriction. Thus according to the above rule, no one should be stopped from transfer of property. If a condition which restricts the transferee absolutely from further transfer is inserted , then it is absolute restraint and such condition is invalid. thanks.
