Hie Pranesh.. It doesn't matter in which attempt he/she clears CA final exam..most important thing is degree...Once if he/she becomes CA then there is a wider scope and a bright scope for them. After becoming CA one can join MNC's or other companies and also work independently by having his/her own firm..

Hi Pranesh ! CA and attempts go hand in hand. At the end after clearing CA you will be a CA, no if no but. Yea while applying for your first job CA Firm and industry might consider the no. of attempts to know the effort you have put into while doing CA and to know your capability. But having said that your working knowledge defines your ability to perform practical tasks if you have that you surely need not worry about the attempts. Attempts surely dont matter if you want to establish your own firm and go into practice, no one would ask your attempts to give you business. I would say work hard and just be a CA without worrying about what happens next as they say " Hard work pays"

hello once a student clears ca final exam..he will be a CA....no T&C have been issued by icai stating "only those students who clears ca final in 1st attempt will be called as CA !! isn't it?.. so i wanna say u that dont worry about number of attempts u have given ..once u pass final u ll be a ca..after that ur caliber helps u to reach heights in ur career.. however few employers consider no.of attempts,to estimate the hard working skills & capabilities of their employees ..but if u have a strong base of knowledge, skills and positive perception..u can definitely overcome all these hurdles.. so always strive for knowledge rather than worrying about the result..
