with all the mentioned expenses, the cost of living in Delhi can vary from person to person, but the average would be around 15,000 per month. Combining average coaching fee structure and cost of living in Delhi for a year of civil service coaching would cost somewhere around 4,00,000 to 5,00,000.

The major cost defining factor is your 'Room Rent'. Old Rajinder Nagar(ORN) area has most of the classes. But a single room in this area will cost minimum of 10k. That is the minimum amount of Rent. It excludes water and electricity charges. You can find better single rooms at lower cost in Patel Nagar, Shadipur and Rajouri Gardens. Patel Nagar is the closest area to Old Rajinder Nagar and will take 5 min to reach by metro.
