Alwaz present ur answer with section only when u r very sure about it otherwise u can simply write ur answer without section. that would do. but yes to increase ur 1mark in answer u should write section no.if u r very sure. Now about learning section sub section clauses....for that i suggest dont burden ur head with that much stuff. jst section no.would do. however for important topics and frequently asked topics u should learn subsection and clause also. otherwise also only section no.would fetch u marks

Hello there The answer to your question is NO It is said that at final level you must remember sections whether it is DTL or IDTL or any other Law . Yes it is right but with certain conditions one must attached . First of all make clear that one can't remember all section numbers with sub section and clauses with proper explanation . It is matter of time and practical implementation. You can remember all this upto certain limit beyond that you find chaos over there. My advise is that you must remember the content properly with their explanation , examples , case law (if any) Limits (if any ) . For section you have choice to remember those sections which are utmost important and used in daily life as well . One must remember new section no. which are notified and applicable to future exams. You can separate those chapters and section no which cover most of the portion and which is important as well. For allied law portion you can go with sections for penalty and main bare section which gives basic idea of the act. There is no need to remember all section . Concept clarity is must in both case. All the best for preparation .

According to the paper No.4 of CA Final Corporate and Allied Laws ,it is advisable to give answers with relevant sections,sub-sections and clauses wherever it is needed.Atleast pay attention and put effort on learning section numbers. Suppose students do not remember the section numbers, sub-sections and clauses while answering any question in the examination paper on the subject, they may not lose hope on this score.Students may explain their answer by appropriate reasoning and examples.
