Hi Poorvik, ICAI conducts CA Foundation | CA CPT examination twice a year I.e. June and December every year. To appear for CA Foundation | CA CPT examinations to be held in June and December students have to get themselves register on or before 1st April and 1st October respectively. Answers to your questions: a) Can you register for CA Foundation | CA CPT exam: Yes, you can register for CA Foundation | CA CPT exam going to be held in December 2015 and last date for registration for June attempt has already passed i.e. 1 April 2015 b) Are you eligible for CA Foundation | CA CPT exam: Yes, you are eligible for appearing in CA Foundation | CA CPT exam because for appearing in CA Foundation | CA CPT exam condition imposed by ICAI is that the student should have appeared in Senior secondary exam and thereby is no minimum percentage criteria. c) When registration process will get start: Registration is an on-going process however, ICAI has prescribed last date of registration for both June and December attempt i.e. on or before 1st April and 1st October respectively. Hello and yes u are eligible for next cpt exam which will be held in December.You can register for cpt exam online in the icai website where the online form is available.The payment for the cpt course is Rs.6100 which includes Rs.100 for the registration form.U can also pay the amount for your cpt exam through a demand draft.Also the form is available offline in your nearest branch of the institute of chartered accountants of india.There is no such cut off for cpt exam.Process is that If u cleared ur 12 exam,then u are eligible for applying for CA Foundation | CA CPT exam. Please fill the form very carefully.U need to attach your class 10 and class 12 marksheet,your birth certificate or any other proof of your age.Also u need to submit your class 12 admit card.REMEMBER ALL THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE DULY SIGNED BY A CHARTERED ACCOUNTS HAVING CERTIFICATE OF PRACTICE OR ANY OTHER GAZZETTED OFFICER.After filling your form take a print out of it,then attach the attested documents to it and submit it your nearest branch of the institute of chartered accountants of india.
