Direct Entry Scheme was introduced by ICAI for students who have completed their graduation with specified percentage of marks. IF you have completed your Information Technology Training(ITT) and Orientation Course before starting your articleship and you have completed 9 months of articleship( which would be included in 3 years of articleship) then you can give group 2 CA Intermediate | CA IPCC exam in nov 2015.

Hello, First of all which group to be appear for the exam is not a concern. Pursuing CA under Direct Entry Scheme you first need to complete IT Training, Orientation and 9 months articleship to eligible to be appear for the exam. After you being eligible it is upto you to select group which you need to appear in the exam. Just see how much well prepared you are for the Group 2 and then decide accordingly. You can give Group 2 exam this November-2015. But all your eligibility must be completed before appearing for the exam

If you entered CA curriculum through Direct entry route on basis of clearing CS inter or CWA INTER you will have to first clear ipcc grp 1 before starting articleship. ICAI has announced the rules for direct entry in to the articleship and CA Intermediate | CA IPCC for students who have passed degree examination .
