I have already registered for the CA Intermediate | CA IPCC both groups app. 3-4 years ago now i would like to give an attempt in the month of may 2016 Now, is it preferable for me to get converted into direct entry as i have already done with my degree am i eligible to write the exam even if i convert it as i have already GIVEN 2-3 attempts but failed to pass IF AM ELIGIBLE PLEASE SHARE DETAILS SO THAT I COULD CONTINUE MY EDUCATION AS AM NOW TRYING TO COMPLETE IT PLEASE HELP ME.... IF not possible for the conversion what is my alternative how to proceed for the exam how to write it ?am i eligible ? please do needful immediately

It means you can be appear in may-2016 exam of IPC, after conversion from IPC to direct entry scheme but to that you have to register as an article under a CA on or before 30th of April,2016. Nine months of completion of Practical Training for exam purpose is not applicable for conversion student.

I would like to ask one more question can i apply for any of the PG course in any of the distance education centres if it is possible could please suggest the best course as i have done by (gen) and as well the university :: course to opted :: and teh procedure as well please

According to announcement, as per regulation 205 of Chartered Accountants Regulation 1988, eligibility criteria completion of nine months practical training has withdrawn for those student who has registered under IPC through CA Foundation | CA CPT route and have appeared in IPC exam but not cleared both or any of the group they can get registeration under direct entry scheme and those are eligible to appeare in next attempt but there is a condition that such type of student afetr completion of ITT and orientation programme, should commence Articleship on or before 31st Oct./30th Apr.for being appearing in Nov./May attempt respectively

Yes you are eligible to do PG from any distance education center.

Dear Ramya, If you want to conversion then procedure as below .If you registered under IPCC Only pay conversion fees- Rs.500/- Articleship registeration fees- Rs. 2000/- Documents, 1. IPCC registeration Slip 2. Graduation Mark sheet 3. If you passed any group of IPCC then Marka sheet of that group 4. Copy of ITT, and Orientation certificate
