Dear Friend, Interview questions are depend on the firm to firm , person to person In big fours there more then one round of interviews. to start with HR session, where they generally ask u a) about yourself, b) details about family c) why u have chosen that particular firm for articleship? d) in which area u want to make ur future? e) u will practice or go for job? Now, U would agree to this that So far as audit firms are concerned, they would definitely not want a classe 12 passout guy to handle their audit assignments straight forward, They would want the articles to have thorough knowledge in acedemics. So, as far as in technical sessions by big fours and other firms is concerned: the probable questions can be; a) how would vouch and verify a particular transaction b) VAT adjustment. c) Some knowledge about service tax, GST etc. d) Most of the audit firms would appoint articles who have good knowledge in excel - specially vlookup, hlookup, pivot table etc. So they can ask you about it.
