Hai Sandeep, Theory papers play a very crucial role in professional exams.Relevancy of the answer is very important .Irrelevant answers or unnecessary stuff may cause negative impact on the whole answer paper ..so be careful in writing . PRESENTATION carries more marks in theory papers (like law,auditing)..so go through the practice manual of ICAI and just present your answers in their way (i.e.,what ever material u r reading ...just present them accordingly to practice manual) 1. Write answer step wise as it makes answer look good and also presentation will 2. Practical questions are to be answered like.... 1.Facts of the case 2.provision(no need to mention the sections ..if u r confident then u can ) 3.Analysis of the answer as per the provision 4.Conclusion 3.And moreover your answer should be to the point ..dont mention unnecessary stuff which will not carry any mark in the examination ... Hope this will help you.. All the best....
presentation in exam 1.understanding the question plays a main role. 2.Think in a way that what answer you will expect if you ask the same question to others. 3.Go through practice manual of our ICAI so that you can get some idea of what points they will expect from your answer. 4. keep your answers in point wise. 5.In Law and Auditing papers if you know the section mention it , but never mention wrong sections. 6.If any Questions are in case law type 1st Identify the provision relating that question.1st write the provision clearly. 7.After writing provision give your clarification to the question. 8 After clarification give the conclusion which is final answer to your Question. 9.Go through ICAI study materials and practice manuals.Understand the concepts clearly . don't confuse yourself with number of books. 10 While preparation daily read at least once what u have studied before day it helps to remember the content easily. Hope this tips helps for presentation in your exam.. GOOD LUCK SADEEP
Mr Sandeep, Presentation plays a very important role in writing papers in professional examinations like CA. As referring to your questions i would like to answer that first of all just go through the whole question paper in the 15 mins time allotted to you and within those 15 mins just decide which questions your are familiar and comfortable with. Having done that select that questions for which you are confident to answer and start writing the answer. while answering you need to make your that you only write what is relevant and asked in the question. Its not a B.Com or school level exam that you have to fill the pages of the answer sheet and supplementary sheets but you have to write what is relevant and asked for. Further make sure you are brief and stick to the topic and concise. Further for topic like Law Ethics and communication, make your while answering questions of Law firstly write the relevant provision of the act, after that write the facts of the case and then give your conclusions. Hope that the above shall meet your requirements sandeep. Goodluck Stay blessed!!!
Its not that much hard . Dont go by the method given in Practice Manual by Institute . Because more or less its giving what can be in answer but not that this much write up give you full marks. Here are tips 1 Try to write paper in neat and clean handwriting. 2 Give headings to answer that what is gist of question asked Section no and title in law , SA no and name in audit 3 First of all explain what section / sa requires , its main body as it doesn't matter whether you answer correctly or not but its imp more to know provision. 4 Then after analyzing it at the end conclude by one or two small paragraphs what is asked in question and with respect to above provision what is the answer. 5 If possible highlight with pencil or underline main portion in question so that paper checker directly come to know that answer tends to be perfect if one know provision . All the Best .....
