Income Tax Audit & Consulting (Either as a practising CA or with a CA firm) Finance & Accounts of Corporates Corporate Finance - Capital structuring, Treasury, MIS etc Finance and Strategy - Assiting CFOs / CEOs in overall strategy by giving Business Intelligence. Project Finance Debt syndication

Haii These are broad outline of all the career options available to a willing, ambitious CA: 1. Income Tax 2. Audit & Consulting (Either as a practising CA or with a CA firm) 3. Finance & Accounts of Corporates 4. Corporate Finance - Capital structuring, Treasury, MIS etc 5. Finance and Strategy - Assiting CFOs / CEOs in overall strategy by giving Business Intelligence. 6. Project Finance 7. Debt syndication 8. Working on the other side of the table with Banks (From SBI to Stan C) 9. Investment Banking- Back office and Front office 10. Private Equity / VC 11. Asset Management specialising in an asset class like equity, bonds, derivatives,commodities, real estate etc (Generally, MBA gives a very good platform for points 9,10 and 11) Of course this only a very broad list with specific underlying thread of Finance. You can always explore working in SAP teams, Law firms, CS firms etc. These options generally require an additional qualification.

Income Tax 2. Audit & Consulting (Either as a practising CA or with a CA firm) 3. Finance & Accounts of Corporates 4. Corporate Finance - Capital structuring, Treasury, MIS etc 5. Finance and Strategy - Assiting CFOs / CEOs in overall strategy by giving Business Intelligence. 6. Project Finance 7. Debt syndication 8. Working on the other side of the table with Banks (From SBI to Stan C) 9. Investment Banking- Back office and Front office 10. Private Equity / VC 11.
