In the case of Annual Return (MGT-7), when we fill the columns of shareholding pattern: promoters & public. Then in the case of private limited Co., where we fill the shareholding pattern of non- promoters?? We can't fill in promoters bcz they are not promoters, similarly we can't fill in public bcz in private Co. There is no public shares.
