As per Icai Guidlines any changes and updation before 3 month of exmas shall be covered in the exams. so in this situation companies amendment act 2015 is applicable in nov 2015 exams. however till date any notification by icai on such matter is not issued.

only electricity chapter in advanced account has been removed.

ICAI releases RTP for every attempt before the 3 months of examinations. please go through that for latest amendments in syllabus

Hi Praveen,
Though there is no such notification in the icai website till now regarding change of syllabus but generally all amendments upto the date 30th april shall be applicable for November exams. As such we can assume that those section, rules etc notified till 30.04.15 will be applicable if the contrary is not notified.
