I’ve always “followed” reddit, but today is the first time that I’ve signed up.
Recently my friend and I got into a debate as to whether or not you could hack into a person’s cell phone.
I said that in light of the celebrity photo hacking scandal, the Sony email leaks and the NSA that yes, you could hack into a cell phone. My friend however claims that you cannot hack into a cell phone. He was very arrogant and braggadocious and claims that you can only “intercept” a cell phone, and that it has more to do with the bluetooth than anything else.
We went back and forth on the subject until he challenged me to either A.) hack into his phone or B.) find someone else to hack into it.
Suffice to say, I am not technologically savvy enough to do this, and I do not trust someone enough to give out his cell phone number and email. So, question is this, “is it possible to hack into someone’s phone, and is so may you point me in the direction of some information and/or articles which prove this?”
P.S. I posted this in another hacking subreddit because I was not sure which one to post to.
Hi. I once tried to hack iphone. iPhone has earned a reputation for focusing on security. This happened, among other things, thanks to Apple's work to create and control its own ecosystem. But still, there are options for how to do this. I think this option is suitable for any phones. I can share with you how I did it.
