No it is not necessary to file FIR if u loss ur PAN CARD. However U may file FIR for ur safety and privacy reasons. Filing FIR has nothing to do for getting ur PAN CARD re-printed

HI, It is not necessary to file FIR if u lose PAN card.. you can request for a duplicate one online and will be delivered to you by the authorities :) Hope it helped :)
