Hello sir, I have paid exam fee for both the groups (CA Intermediate | CA IPCC) But I hv prepared for one group only. And I'm confident about 1st group. What happened if I absent in the second group exams. If I clear the 1st group in this attempt without attending the second group, What's my total result would be? And second attempt pass out student have any problems, (in terms of job and salary ) in the future Thank you.

It will matter a little bit. If you don't give both group together and if u'll absent yourself in 2nd group it will not affect your first group if you manage to score 200+.
My suggestion would be don't just absent yourself from 2nd group may be you are able to crack it with set off. As absent would mean fail only.
