Hi Friend, So far as your query is concerned that Is industrial training good during Articleship of Chartered Accountancy Course? Kindly note; The basic difference between artilceship and industrial training is change in the role. In articleship training you work riguorously under an employer and work as article assistant. He/She is also called as auditor and audit different corporate bodies like companies etc. One audits the work of the auditee, Whereas, in case of industrial training, one joins as industrial trainee in any of the companies approved by the institute, prepares all the details and get the work audited by the auditors. The difference between articleship and industrial training is change of the position of the chair. So far as your question is concerned that What are the benefits of industrial training?? the answer is that the benefits are lot. The first and foremost benefit is that There is high probable chance that the Company in which you have done your industrial training might absorb you. The Company need not spend its resources (either in the form of money or time) for training as the industrial trainee must have gathered required experience and knowledge of the workings of the Company. In my personal opinion Industrial Training is not good.Because 1.You have to do Industrial training during final year of Articleship It may affect your Final Exams Studies. 2.It is not sure if your doing industrial training in One Industry and getting Jobs in Same Industry
Hi kruthika, Industrial training is very good option. It add one plus point in your resume. I will more focus on specialization. In this nine to twelve months you will get specific knowledge of CA fraternity. Even you start practice CA I feel specialization in particular part always get good respect from society. I attended different type of seminars where successful chartered accountants focus on specialization ,namely internal audit, transfer pricing, excise ,VAT and more. If you work is midsize firm there is no chance fro specialization, every CA student cant do his CA artileship in big four then industrial training is best option. After CA chances of hiring same article student in industry are always more.It is profitable to company as student already work in industry. While doing industrial training you will understand in broad way how organization work .You will get more idea about company law.You will understand ethics ,rules ,regulations in broad way. Moreover you will skilled and specialized in one particular part. And you will at the age of 21-22 behave like a cooperate women which is most wonderful experience.
