Doctrine of Election (Sec. 35) according to this rule a property is transfered to a person but in the same agreement property of the transferee is transfered to the transferer or to another person. Such transfer is not valid because a person cannot accept or reject at the same time.

**how to prepare ecl of cs executive**
Well Miss Shivangi,
ECL is not that enough hard subject, you just need to focus on the case studies. If you understand case Studies then you can recall the provisions of the relevant act.
for example:
Doctrine of Election (Sec. 35) according to this rule a property is transfered to a person but in the same agreement property of the transferee is transfered to the transferer or to another person. Such transfer is not valid because a person cannot accept or reject at the same time.
eg: A transfers his property to B and in the same agreement he puts the condition that the another property of B will be transferd to C. such condition is invalid.
truly saying if you love this subject you'll get exemption.
All The Best.
