Hey, Many of my friends are suffering from this problems and I would like to make same suggestions that I gave to them.

firstly you will need to check out your weight and write it down on a paper and make a big circle around it. Now take another paper and write down the weight you expect YOU should have. `you should use 2 different pens` .
Step 1 : Wake up at 5 each mourning and go for a run for 20 - 30 mins each day. After ur run drink plenty of water.
Step 2 : Come back and do **SURYA NAMASKAR** for about 20-25 times
Step 3 : For breakfast have fruits and **pineapple juice ** as pineapple juice helps in weight loss very effectively
Step 4 : For lunch have only 3 Roties , and half Table Spoon of rice. CONTROL YOUR DIET.
Step 5 : Each evening go to park and do skiping for 30 mins.
Step 6 : Have dinner Before 7.
this small steps will Suerly help you to loose your weight
