when your registration conformed they will msg you to ur phone number or gmail .and you said that you have forgot your gmail password you can reset your password by clicking forgot password ..all the best

Don't worry be cool , Are you mentioned your e-mail address and postal address with your application form? So if you added the postal address you will get the confirmation of CA Foundation | CA CPT registration through post. Or else You will get a registration letter from Institute in this regards. So don't panic study well......
