I have not received my articleship completion letter now what procedure I have to follow for getting letter from icai . On icai website my articleship is completed . But I want physical copy of letter plz provide procedure and also any contact number of icai to whom I call and get my letter. Plz

Hi Bhavik, First of all, I would like to inform you that normally it takes 30-45 days for any form submitted with the institute to be processed and confirmation/acknowledgement letter to be dispatched by the institute. As far as completion of articlehip is concerned it can extend upto 2 months also. Further, I would also like to inform you that in Kolkata, Institute has shifted its office for students/articleship registration section to a new location. All the work of institute has been disturbed. Till nowforms submitted upto 25th June 15 has been processed at Kolkata office. You can call student toll no. 18002002500 of the ICAI for any other detail. Regards

Please post your grievance in esahayata on website of icai.org where you can post your grievance and get the answer it wil take a minimum of three days and maximum of five days

ICAI is taking a step towards paperless procedure.... now you can download your articleship completion letter from http://220.225.242.179/REprintletter/reprint.aspx This letter printout is equivalent to the ICAI sent physical copy. It's like replacing CHEQUE system with NEFT/RTGS.... so when you have faster medium why do you need t wait for post to arrive. So get your completion letter immediately.

Contact your nearest ICAI branch and ask them for the letter they would on the spot provide you the letter. You just need to visit there once. Thank You
