Period of Industrial training may be
Minimum Period - 9 months
Maximum Period - 12 months
A student can join industrial training in last year of articleship training.

First of all,
A. To avail Industrial training
a) Requirements
โข Minimum period 9 months and maximum 12 months during last year of prescribed period of practical training.
โข Identify the enterprise as per your conveyance who provide industrial training.
โข Give interview, join them and obtain appointment letter.
b) Documents
โข Copy of Form 109 and Form 112 signed by employer (articleship) and submitted to the ICAI to be provided to the enterprise in which you are obtaining industrial training
โข Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 20 dated on or before the date for availing industrial training
โข Leave calculation.

Kindly be informed that minimum period for industrial training is 9 months of articleship period and maximum period is 12 months during 3rd year of articleship.

First of all,
A. To avail Industrial training
a) Requirements
โข Minimum period 9 months and maximum 12 months during last year of prescribed period of practical training.
โข Identify the enterprise as per your conveyance who provide industrial training.
โข Give interview, join them and obtain appointment letter.
b) Documents
โข Copy of Form 109 and Form 112 signed by employer (articleship) and submitted to the ICAI to be provided to the enterprise in which you are obtaining industrial training
โข Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 20 dated on or before the date for availing industrial training
โข Leave calculation.
B. To provide Industrial training
โข Form 104 duly executed and signed in duplicate to be submitted by enterprise providing industrial training to the ICAI.
โข Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 20 signed by the trainee, MIT, Representative of Employer and 3 witnesses.
C. On completion
โข Form 105 duly executed and signed in duplicate to be submitted by the instrial training company to the ICAI.
