Do i need to give CA Foundation | CA CPT i m b.com mba finance

Hi I have cleared my b.com honors accounts and MBA in finance with 73.13 and 78 percentage respectively in both the courses so kindly suggest me what will be the procedure to apply for CA examination in detail, alsowould like to cite here that I have an experience of 3 years as accountant as well. Plz tell me full detail of Ca .

Hello, If you enroll for CA, you are eligible for exemption in CA Foundation | CA CPT. And you are eligible for direct entry in CA-IPCC Course.

Hi Diksha, First of all I would like to congratulate for such an performance of yours in Professional degree like MBA in Finance. **The ICAI has implemented new CA Intermediate | CA IPCC direct entry schemes for graduates who are exempted CA Foundation | CA CPT exams. They will be able to get direct entry in Intermediate – CA Intermediate | CA IPCC Course Under direct entry scheme.** **Eligibility Requirements, Provisional Registration & Transition Provisions for Fresh & Existing Students:** (A) Graduate or post graduate in commerce having secured in aggregate a minimum of fifty-five per cent. of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognised University (including Open University) by studying any three papers of 100 marks each out of Accounting, Auditing, Mercantile Laws, Corporate Laws, Economics, Management (including Financial Management), Taxation (including Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws), Costing, Business Administration or Management Accounting; or Non-Commerce Graduate or Post graduate having secured in aggregate a minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognised University (including Open University); Explanation: (i) for calculating the percentage of marks, the marks secured in subjects in which a person is required by the University (including Open University) to obtain only pass marks and for which no special credit is given for higher marks, shall be ignored; and (ii) any fraction of half or more shall be rounded up to the next whole number (B) Candidates who have passed the Intermediate examination conducted by The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWAI) or The Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI).
