Dear Sir.., I took termination from articleship in first year and i received a notice from ICAI that i had taken 32 excess leaves in my 10 months of articleship. My query is that, can i compensate the 32 days excess leave in the remaining period of 2.2yrs or do i have to work 32 days after completion of my articleship. Please do reply quickly, reply is appreciated.
