You can but you have to do some exams (2 or 3) in order to have the knowledge of USA and Canada accounting rules and principles. You probably have to do CGA in Canada and CPA in the USA. However, if you have already done ACCA you don't have to do them from the beginning.

However, if you have already done ACCA you don't have to do them from the beginning. As there's ACCA and CGA-Canada Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA). I'm not sure if there's an agreement between ACCA and CPA.
