I started my articleship this year Now i come to know that CA Foundation | CA CPT Marksheet is to be submitted along with the form 103. And my CA Foundation | CA CPT marksheet is lost. Have I to submit marksheet ?? Its compulsory ?? If its compulsory then i have to make application to icai to provide me duplicate marksheet, and want to know tht on ICAI site it is given that http://www.icai.org/new_post.H T M L?post_id=653 at this link which form i have to send to the ICAI and please also mention the fee which i have to pay. and please tell me what is the diffrence between the Marksheet and Pass Certificate in context of CA Foundation | CA CPT ? I will be very thankful.

Send Form 103 after filling all the necessary details and sign of your employer. there is no need to send CA Foundation | CA CPT marks card to your regional office. In your case, apply for a duplicate marks card by paying appropriate fees for future purpose. Marks sheet and Pass certificate is one and the same at CA Foundation | CA CPT level .
