Good afternoon. Over the past year, Black Hills has been working to consolidate its gas utilities in each of the three states, Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming, where it owns several gas companies. In 2020, the company filed a request with CPUC to merge the two Colorado gas companies into a new company called Black Hills Colorado Gas. This proposal for a consolidated renegotiation of Black Hills Energy rates is the next step in the company's simplification process for Colorado.
