How to postal vote(ICAI Election)?

i) Don’t give √ or any other mark in ballot paper.

ii) Give vote by writing 1 to give 1st preference(in “order of preference” box), 2  to give 2nd preference, & so on.

iii) Declaration form should be signed each for regional & central council.

iv) Nothing should be wrote other than preference(1,2,..) in ballot paper.

v) Envelop shall be signed too.

vi) Ballot can be posted only from post office(city), from where it is received.

vii) It can be sent by regd post or speed post only(do not send by carrier or ordinary post).

viii)Send postal today so as to reach in time.

viii)If postal ballot not received, please inform by e-mail (postalballot2015@icai.in), giving your name and Membership Number.
