Born on 2nd April, 1943 in a village Deolia Kalan Distt. Ajmer (Rajasthan) and passed his Examination from University of Rajasthan through Govt. College, Bhilwara. Completed his articles from Udaipur and Ahmedabad and passed the C.A. Examination in the year 1968.

He had also authored books titled ‘Handbook on Tax Deduction and Tax Collection at Source’ and ‘Badalte Samikaran’ (in Hindi). He had also contributed articles of professional and social content which were published in C.A. Journal, ITRs, consolidated commercial Digest, Taxmann, Sarita and Grah Sobha.

NIRC of the ICAI had awarded him for his services contributed to the cause of the profession in 2001 and also awarded him for being the best speaker in Seminar of NIRC for the year 2008.

He has been associated with the firm since 1990, thus brings in rich experience of over 18 years in corporate law matters, internal audits, process audits and certifications. He is practicing as a Company Secretary and has been an active member of various professional societies.
