Who is eligible for CS Exam?
Eligibility for Company Secretary Exam
Candidates applying for Company Secretary exam are required manadatorily to satisfy the following criteria:
• Candidates applying for ICSI entrance examination are required to pass their Graduation or 10+2+3 with more than 50% of aggregate marks.
• Even the applicants can also pass from the courses of Foundation Program in ICSI or passing in CPT from ICAI or at least passing from foundation course of ICAI.
• Candidates need to satisfy domicile requirements of India.

CS Foundation registration details for 2018 exam
CS Course duration : Before proceeding for online registration, you need to have the soft copy of the following documents for uploading the same on the website at your respective account to get the online registration process completed)
- Photograph of the candidate
- Signature of the candidate
- DOB Certificate (10th Pass Certificate)
- Roll Number (if appearing in 10+2)
- 12th Passing certificate/Mark sheet
- Category Certificate (if belonging to SC/ST OR Physically Handicapped Category)
Please ensure that the documents are only in the following formats otherwise you will not be able to upload the documents
- File format is jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp
- File sizes of documents does not exceed 5 MB
- Size of Student Photo is between 20KB – 50KB
- Size of Student Signature is between 10KB – 20KB
Registration procedure for CS Foundation
- Click the online services button on top of the ICSI website (http://www.icsi.edu/)
- Go to the Students tab and click on Student Registration
- Or Click on Direct Link : https://www.icsi.in/student/Students/StudentRegistration.aspx
- Click on to the checklist of documents as applicable to you on the basis of your
qualification,
- Photograph of the candidate
- Signature of the candidate
- DOB Certificate (10th Pass Certificate)
- Roll Number (if appearing in 10+2)
- 12th Passing certificate/Mark sheet
- Category Certificate (if belonging to SC/ST OR Physically Handicapped Category)
5. Now Click on ‘Proceed to Registration’
6. Select the Course type as Foundation stage
7. Fill other fields.
8. Click on the option- ‘Make Payment’ for effecting necessary payments.
You can do payment either by credit/debit card /net banking or through bank challan system
You will subsequently get username and password at your E mail ID (The user name and password will be provided within 24 hours of payment.)
After you get your username and password, please upload documents at the link sent at your mail and upload documents.

CS Executive registration details for 2018 exam
CS Course duration : Following are steps for online registration for CS exam.
Step:1 Click the login button on top of the ICSI website(www.icsi.edu).
Step:2 Then click on “Student” option and click on “Student Registration” option.
Step:3 A webpage shall open.Click on the document mentioned on that page,if students are having the soft copy of the same(otherwise they will not be able to Register)
Step 3: Please keep in mind the following factors also:
- File format should be jpg,jpeg,png,gif,bmp
- File sizes of documents should not exceed 5 MB
- Size of Students Photo should be between 20 KB-50 KB
- Size of Student signature should be between 10 KB-20 KB
CS Registration | CS Executive registration procedure
- Click on Proceed to Registration
- Select the Executive Course type
- If CPT passed students of ICAI / or Foundation passed students of ICAI-CMA are taking admission in CS Executive Program, they are required to select the radio button of “Commerce Graduate” and proceed further. Fill other fields and click on “Register”.
- After this students shall get their “Request ID and Payment ID” with their personal details. Also the copy of same details shall be mailed to them on their registered e-mail ID.
- After this “CLICK” on the Make Payment.
- You can do payment through Debit Card / Credit Card / net banking.
- They shall get “Username” and “Password” at their e-mail ID within 24 hours of payment.
- In fact “Username” is the student’s Registration Number,which is to be noted for future use. It should be quoted invariably in future for all correspondence with ICSI.
- After that they are required to upload scanned copy their requisite documents at the link sent at their e-mail. They can also “login” using their Username & password and can upload their documents under “My Account” and then “Manage Account” option.

CS Professional registration details for 2018 exam
CS Course duration : Online registration process for Professional Programme
1. Login to Online Services at www.icsi.edu
2. Click Student and then select My Account
3. Click Professional Registration under “Payment Request” option
4. Upload pass mark sheet of both modules of Executive Programme by clicking on choose file.
5. Make Payment of Rs 12,000/- through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
6. For all successful payments an acknowledgement receipt is generated. in case receipt could not be generated due to any reason ,follow the procedure as given below
Click Student-> select My Account
Click payment request->Generate payment Receipt
Write Request id and Transaction id and click on check status.
If payment is successful then you will get the receipt.
(otherwise the payment is not successful)
7. You are Successfully admitted in Professional Programme
8. In case of unsuccessful payment please resubmit your Professional Registration Form
9. After submission of fees, download your Professional Registration Letter & E-Identity Card under “other” option

How to download CS admit card ?
Steps to download CS Foundation Admit card
The steps for downloading CS Foundation hall ticket are as follow:
- Visit the official website of ICSI – icsi.indiaeducation.net OR use the direct link given above.
- Enter your Registration Number.
- Click ‘Get Admit Card’.
- The Admit Card will be displayed.
- Verify the details.
- Save the Admit Card.
- Take a print out and carry on the ICSI CS Exam.

CS Executive admit card
The institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) issues admit card for CS Executive June 2018 to all eligible registered students who are appearing in the exam.
