With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, serving in different capacities in the SECRETARIAL AND LEGAL in big group companies such as the Sanmar Group, and a Director in many of its Group companies, B.Ravi continues to be a Retainer on Corporate Law matters. In addition, he is a company secretary in full-time practice and, Advisor to leading companies and banks on corporate law matters. That apart, B. Ravi is a specialist in corporate restructuring, due diligence, secretarial audit and advises on all legal and company law issues. The wealth of industry experience is further enriched by his long-term academic associations with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as a faculty, handling corporate laws for ca final students for more than two decades; as a member of the faculty at the institute of company secretaries of India and; as a visiting faculty member of academic staff college, madras university and other leading colleges for men and women. To add a feather to his cap, are his associations with the chambers of commerce, in the position of Chairman and council member and involvement with diverse professional institutes.
