CPT is held twice a year in June and December by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and takes place in 2 sessions of 100 marks each on a single exam date. To be considered has having cleared CPT it’s necessary for the candidate to score minimum 30% in each individual section and 50% aggregate overall in spite of negative marking.
