ICWAI | CMA Foundation Registration form – Here we are providing complete procedure for ICWAI | CMA Foundation Online Exam Form June 2017 like – Procedure for how to fill online Examination Form. Application Forms for ICWAI Foundation Examination has to be filled up through online only and fees will be accepted through online mode only (including Payfee Module of IDBI Bank). No Offline form and DD payment will be accepted for domestic candidate.

ICWAI | CMA Foundation Registration form : The Application process consist of three steps:

Step 1: This Section Consists of the Personal information,Examination Passed,Exemption By Qualification and Exemption by Examination information of the student.

Step 2: This section deals with the documents to be attached.

Step 3:This section deals with Payment.

Instructions for filling up online Examination Application Form ICWAI | CMA Foundation

Term :- June 2017.

1.MODE OF PAYMENT: Fees are to be paid by Debit/Credit Cards /Pay fee module of IDBI only Examination Fees will not be refunded or carried forward under any circumstances

3. Last date for applying for Foundation Examination of June 2017 term.

4. Only one Application Form must be filled up. Multiple Applications by the same candidate are liable to be rejected.

5. The name & address furnished by the student in the application form will be treated as the official communication address for sending Admit Card / Marks Sheet / Certificate etc. and any examination related correspondence.

6. A candidate must specify his/her Name, Examination Centre in the space provided for in the Application Form. Centre once opted for will not be changed under any circumstances.

7. Applications without Identification Number or with wrong Identification Number are liable to be rejected.

8.INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS FORMS ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED.

9. REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF CENTRE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

10.The students are advised to go through the “conditions for appearing in examination” issued by the directorate of studies & students will not be allowed to appear for examination unless all conditions are fulfilled.

11.In case of any difficulty or for any clarification, please contact your nearest Regional Council or Chapter Office or visit the Institute’s Website [www.icmai.in] or contact H.Q. Examination Directorate at exam.helpdesk@icmai.in.

12. Any dispute arising out of matters of Examination shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Calcutta Courts.

Documents to be enclosed with application form:

1) Attested Copy of Matriculation Certificate

2) Attested copy of 10+2 Certificate or Marks Statement

3) Attested copy of the degree

4) 3(Three) Passport size photographs – (One pasted on application form, one pasted on identity card and one to be attached with application)

(Attestation should be by any member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India /The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ The Institute of Company Secretaries of India/Parliament/State Legislative Assembly or a Gazetted Officer or a Principal of a college)
