ICWAI | CMA Foundation Exam guidelines :  A candidate is declared to have passed the Foundation / Inter / Final  examination, if he/she secures at one sitting a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects.The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 pass or equivalent has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course.

ICWAI conducted ICWAI | CMA Foundation exam in online mode. ICWAI has given an official notification about ICWAI | CMA Foundation exam. In the given notification ICWAI announced that from June 2017 ICWAI | CMA Foundation exam will be conducted on Descriptive Mode.

Here we are providing Online Registration procedure for ICWAI | CMA Foundation June 2017 Exam.Students need to register four months prior to the exam. Then only they will be eligible to write the examination.

The Application process consist of three steps:

Step 1: This Section Consists of the Personal information,Examination Passed,Exemption By Qualification and Exemption by Examination information of the student.

Step 2: This section deals with the documents to be attached.

Step 3:This section deals with Payment.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. MODE OF PAYMENT:Fees are to be paid by Debit/Credit Cards/Pay fee module of IDBI only Examination Fees will not be refunded or carried forward under any circumstances.

2. EXAMINATION	AMOUNT (INR)
   Foundation	4000/-

3.  Last date for applying for Foundation Examination of March 2015 term is 14th January,2015.
4. Only one Application Form must be filled up.Multiple Application by the same candidate are liable to be rejected.
5. The name & address furnished by the student in the application form will be treated as the official communication address for sending Admit Card / Marks Sheet / Certificate etc. and any examination related correspondence.
6. A candidate must specify his/her Name, Examination Centre in the space provided for in the Application Form. Center once opted for will not be changed under any circumstances.

7.  Application without Identification Number or with wrong Identification Number are liable to be rejected.
