CA. Mohit Jain graduated with a first class honors degree in Commerce from Hansraj College, Delhi University. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2005. He completed his post graduation in 2006. Mohit carries with him a rich teaching experience of 10+ years (5 years in Investment Banking).
He is visiting faculty at ICAI for Strategic Financial Management. He has also trained candidates from various banks including Centrum, Rothschild, RBS, Axis Bank, Meghraj Capital Advisors, Singhi Advisors, ICICI Bank, E&Y, Nomura, JPM Chase, Mape, Karvy etc.
He is actively engaged in research activities and publishes Equity research reports on regular basis along with a leading brokerage house Arch Finance Ltd. and creates derivative strategies for them. He is also currently training at School of Investment Banking. Mohit also worked with UBS and ICICI. At UBS, Mohit was an integral part of the Infrastructure M&A team and continuously provided support on US$8bn Deutsche Bahn IPO deal pre and post mandate.
