To be eligible for a Rank, a student should have appeared for both the groups at the same time and the student should have passed all papers with minimum aggregate marks of 55%. 50 Ranks would be awarded to students securing the maximum marks in IPCC Result. However, in case 2 or more students secure equal marks, they both would be awarded the same rank. Therefore – although only Top 50 Ranks would be declared – the number of students securing a Rank in IPCC Result May 2015 may be more than 50 as there may be multiple students securing the same rank.
