How to pay CA IPCC registration fees 2018
IPCC Registration Fees : The candidates should pay through the Demand Draft for the offline mode. The DD order should be drawn in favour of “The Secretary, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” payable at Mumbai/Chennai/New Delhi/Kolkatta/Kanpur in accordance with the address of the Student and IPCC Fees for direct entry scheme can be checked from the exam form.
Candidates should submit following documents along with IPCC registration form.

- Attested Copies of 12th Class Pass Certificate
- Graduation/Post Graduation marks statement for Direct Entry to Intermediate (IPC) Course

Candidates have to register for Intermediate Course under both routes by filling Online Registration Form available on ICAI website(www.icai.org) in “Course Registration Forms” under “Students tab”.
Candidates while filling the online form should take care of the following:
- After filling the Online Form, pay the required fee online using the payment gateway.
- On successful payment, system will automatically generate the Form, which is to be printed.
Following documents are to be submitted to concerned Regional Office within 7 days of the date of online registration along with the print out of the online registration form, duly signed by the student.
- Foundation Route students have to submit attested copy of marksheet of Class 12th or its equivalent Central Government recognised examination pass marks statement.
- Direct Entry Route students have to submit attested copy of Graduation/ Post Graduation mark statements/marksheet of Intermediate level examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
- One recent color photograph (affixed on the printout of the online successful registration form)
- Attested copy of proof of Nationality, if student is foreigner.
- Attested copy of proof of special category certificate,i.e, SC/ST, OBC, Differently abled.

IPCC registration fees :In addition to the applicable fee payable to the Institute by the candidate towards exam related services, they will be required to pay bank charges at the following rates, while paying the said fee, online through the payment gateway. Q 8. What about Refund of CA IPCC registration examination fee?
IPCC registration fees :The fee once paid by candidate shall not be refunded / adjusted under any circumstances and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. However failure in electronic transmission, double payments, lost transaction (after payment) will be considered for refund. Multiple payments, that are received by us for the same student registration number, will be identified by the system and are refunded for the credit of the respective accounts from where they originated, by the office, within 30 days of the last date for submission of forms.
In case you have made payment of exam fees more than once and do not get a refund within 30 days from the last date for submission of forms, you can claim a refund of the excess amount paid by you, by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 45 days from the last date for submission of forms, along with documentary evidence, such as bank/credit card statement, of having paid the exam fees more than once. ICAI will verify the same and refund the excess amount, if any, paid by you.
