Accounts CA IPCC New Syllabus Changes Nov 2017
There is only one Change and Amendment in CA IPCC Accounts Syllabus. The newly introduced Indian Accounting Standards will be applicable for CA IPCC Nov 2017 Exam.
However, only the basics and introduction to the Indian Accounting Standards will be applicable for CA IPCC Nov 2017 Syllabus.
AS-6 has been removed and merged with AS-10. So, for Nov 2017 exam, students need to study the revised AS-10.
Law CA IPCC New Syllabus Changes Nov 2017
In Company Law Syllabus, there is is only one new amendment. Apart from this, Students can study the existing syllabus only for Nov 2017 exam too.
Applicability of Section 66 for Nov 2017 Law Exam:
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified Section 66 of the Companies Act, 2013, which deals with Reduction of Share Capital in a company.
For May 2017 IPCC exams, this section was not applicable. The old ‘Section 100’ from Companies Act 1956 was applicable for that attempt.
However, for Nov 2017, this new Section 66 will be applicable and students are advised to take note of the same.
Costing FM CA IPCC New Syllabus Changes Nov 2017
Costing and Financial Management is one of such papers that is very static in nature. The Syllabus hasn’t changed for the past 5 years and will remain the same for CA IPCC Nov 2017 and November 2017 exams too.
Tax CA IPCC New Syllabus Changes Nov 2017
CA IPCC Tax Syllabus for Nov 2017 will see the most number of changes and amendments. This is due to the applicability of the Union Budget introduced in 2016.
Advanced Accounts CA IPCC New Syllabus Nov 2017
As far as CA IPCC Advanced Accounts paper is concerned, there are no new Amendments or changes in the syllabus.
Just like in the case of Group-1 Accounts paper, student need to study the basic of Indian Accounting Standards.
Audit CA IPCC New Syllabus Changes
In the entire IPCC Auditing part, there are few minor changes in the Company Audit Part. Other than that, there are no new changes in the CA IPCC Audit Syllabus applicable for Nov 2017 exam.
IT SM CA IPCC New Syllabus Nov 2017
Just like Costing FM syllabus, you will not find much changes in the CA IPCC New Syllabus of CA IPCC Information Technology (IT) and Strategic Management (SM) papers.

CA Intermediate New Syllabus Revised from July 2017
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has now announced dated 27th May 2017 that the Revised Scheme of Education and Training for CA course will come into effect from 1st July, 2017. Students who are eligible to register in the CA IIPC under the existing (OLD) scheme, may register on or before 30th June, 2017.
Accordingly, with effect from 1st July, 2017, the registration in the CA IIPC under the existing scheme will discontinue and registration for CA Intermediate shall start. CA Institute has also provided detail contents of revised new syllabus of CA Intermediate course which are as follows:

- ICAI had also announced that exams will be conducted parallely for both the old and new syllabus upto May 2019(For students who are currently pursuing old syllabus, have given attempts of Nov 17, May 18, Nov 18 & May 19. From May 2020, all will appear for new syllabus).
