CA Final Syllabus For Nov 2015
As students may be aware, the Companies Act, 2013 has been notified in the Official Gazette on 30th August, 2013 stating that different dates may be appointed for enforcement of different provisions of this Act through notification of the Central Government in this regard. Having regard to the above development, the Council at its 33th meeting, revised the syllabus in a comprehensive manner of CA Final course. The subjects and syllabus for the Final Examination are specified here under:

Here I am sharing with you new syllabus of all the subjects of CA Final as issued by the ICAI. This CA Final Syllabus is applicable the exams of CA Final Nov 2015. In the below table we are sharing with you revised syllabus of CA Final in pdf format of each subject. Syllabus of CA Final eight subjects are given below. This syllabus is as per the new Companies Act, 2013.
Eight subjects and Eight Papers of study in CA Final course are –
Paper-1 Financial Reporting (100 Marks)
Paper-2 Strategic Financial Management (100 Marks)
Paper-3 Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics (100 Marks)
Paper-4 Corporate and Allied Laws (100 Marks)
- Section – A Company Law (70 Marks)
- Section – B Allied Laws (30 Marks)
Paper-5 Advanced Management Accounting (100 Marks)
Paper-6 Information Systems Control and Audit (100 Marks)
Paper-7 Direct Tax Laws (100 Marks)
Paper-8 Indirect Tax Laws (100 Marks)

CA Final Syllabus For Nov 2015
Non-applicability of Wealth Tax For CA Final Nov 2015 :-
The Finance Bill, 2015, introduced in the Parliament on 28th February, 2015, has proposed to abolish the levy of wealth-tax under the Wealth Tax Act, 1957 with effect from assessment year 2016-17. The Finance Bill, 2015 would be enacted in May 2015, after it is passed by both the Houses of the Parliament and receives the assent of the President of India. The amendments made by the Finance Act, 2015 would be applicable from May, 2016 examination. The relevant assessment year for May, 2016 and November, 2016 examinations is A.Y.2016-17. Hence, consequent to the abolition of levy of wealth-tax by the Finance Act, 2015 with effect from A.Y.2016-17, wealth Tax would not be applicable from May, 2016 examination.
The Council, at its 342nd meeting held from 15th to 17th April, 2015, decided that the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 and Rules there under would not be applicable for November, 2015 examination also, even though the relevant assessment year for November 2015 examination is A.Y.2015-16. Accordingly, Wealth Tax Act, 1957 and Rules there under would NOT be applicable for November, 2015 examination of Paper 7: Direct Tax Laws.
