CA Foundation | CA CPT Examination Hall Strategy

  1. Read all the instructions given in question paper carefully
  2. For section 1, you should solve Mercantile Law questions first and them solve the Accounts Questions
  3. Try and solve maximum number of questions as the competition is tough
  4. Read all the options before answering the question Even if you think that the first option in the question is correct, read all Options, check if “all of the above” option is given below or not
  5. If the question asks about which one is NOT CORRECT, be careful, and check if “none of the above”option is given below. This means “none of the above option” can also be a potential candidate.
  6. Be extra careful on easy questions. Sometimes, these questions are tricky than what you may think. Many students mark wrong answers for easy questions and regret later
  7. For those questions whose answers you don’t know directly use elimination method. Eliminate those options which can’t be right, and then choose your answer from the remaining options
  8. Leave those questions alone which you are not confident at all as there is negative marking.
  9. Always consider your first guess or the answer that came in your mind first as the right answer if you are in doubt
  10. After attempting all the questions always recheck your answers
