Bcom third semester syllabus have six subject. Each subject have so many syllabus  for give detail information and examiner give two marks, five marks, ten marks and one ten marks question compulsory that is case study based question. B.com third semester have two language subjects in that English compulsory and kannada, hindhi, urdu student can select any one. in same optional also student can select any one subject  human resource management, fundamental of insurance  and three common subject are their those are :

a)  Corporate Accounting:

  • Introduction and types of underwriting of shares and  Marked , Unmarked Applications  Problems (Excluding Journal entries).
  • Introduction about Profit prior to incorporation  and  Ascertainment of pre-incorporation and post-incorporation profits by preparing Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
  • Introduction about valuation of goodwill and methods of good will. Introduction about valuation of shares and methods of valuation.
  • Introduction about Company final accounts and Preparation of Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet in vertical form.

The corporate accounting  objective of this subject is to enable the students to have a comprehensive awareness about the provisions of the Company‟s Act and Corporate Accounts.

skill development:  Collect and fill the share application form of a limited Company, Collect Prospectus of a company and identify its salient features and Collect annual report of a Company and List out its assets and Liabilities.

  • Special Contracts, Indemnity & Guarantee, Bailment, Pledge & Agency.
  • Partnership Act nineteen thirty two and  Salient features of Right to Information Act two thousand  five (RTI)

Skill development: Collect and Fill in the  Demarcate Account opening Form, Prospectus-cum-Share application Form and Draft the Notice to convene Annual General Meeting, Resolutions as to the declaration of Dividend, Appointment of Auditor and Issue of Bonus Shares.

  • Human Resource Management:Human Resource Management, Line managers and HRD managers in developing human resources; Personnel policies, procedures and programmes, Human resource planning, Recruitment, Career Planning.
  • Computer: Information about  Application of Information Technology and Business .
