BCom Fourth Semester Syllabus – Complete Details: fourth semester is one of the second year state board of commerce education. Fourth semester classes start for December to May  . So commerce lectures aims to  fourth semester all syllabus before start exams should be completing syllabus within six month.

Bcom fourth semester syllabuses have seven subjects. In Bcom fourth semester syllabuses have  two languages first one language English and Business communication ( student can select any one ) . Second one language Kannada, Hindi, Urdu, and Thelagu ( student can select any one). fourth semester syllabuses have four optional subject but student can be select only one subject and four common subjects are their those are:

a)   Corporate Accounting.

  • External Reconstruction in the nature of merger and purchase.
  • Liquidation of a company  and Financial reporting for financial institutions.
  • Final Accounts of Banking Companies.
  • Accounts of Holding Companies.

Important: The Examiner will set at least THREE numerical and THREE theoretical questions in the question paper.
