The trust is revoked at the will of trustee only when mentioned in the trust deed about such right of trustee by will.
Revocation in other cases can be revoked with the consent of all the beneficiaries only competent to contract.

A trust created by will may be revoked at the pleasure of the testator.
A trust otherwise created can be revoked only-
(a) where all the beneficiaries are competent to contract-by their consent;
(b) where the trust has been declared by a non-testamentary instrument or by word of mouth-in exercise of a power of revocation expressly reserved to the author of the trust; or

But if a person who is the author of a trust creates a trust by non-testamentary instrument or by words of mouth for payment of his debts but does not communicate this to the creditors, he can anytime revoke the trust formed even though he had not reserved power of revocation.
