How do I remember company law case studies? How case studies from India are being taught at Harvard Business School?
One can remember anything only in two situations i.e. either you have heard about it from so many people or you have a keen interest in it. Considering the Company Law, everybody remembers the case of Soloman vs. Soloman because of its generality. If you a professional then you can have a ready reference whenever you desires so. But, if you are still a student you need not remember all the case laws. The Best way to have command over the same is to prepare a list of Case Laws topic wise. Put the relevant section, topic, name of parties, year, fact of the case and decision taken. And, please take note of important cases only.
