Form 108 is to be submitted for completion of articles. It should be sent to the regional office in which you have registered your articles. It should be sent inside 30 days from the date of completion of articles. Hope it helped you.

Form 119 is not required generally. Its required only when your principal is not prepared to sing your form 108 directly which genarally do not happen. attached is form 108.
So only form 108 is to be submitted and not form119;am I right? also, one more thing do we have to mention bank account detail even if stipend is received through checque?
yes u need to mention your bank account details in which u deposite ur stipend checque. be careful while calculating ur leaves and number of weeks served in 3 yrs. Many times articles fails to calculate number of leaves correctly and icai will raise a query.
But, many say bank account details to be given only in the case of direct deposit stipend into bank account....is it ok if one mention even in case of cheque received?plz clarify....

I registered my name under direct entry scheme on janurary 2014 and finished 9 months of articleship and i have showed up for CA Intermediate | CA IPCC (group 1) in Nov14.After finished 9 months of articleship on september 2014 i left my articleship and preparing for CA Intermediate | CA IPCC,Now i appear for the exam on may 2015 on group 1.Is articleship is mandatory at the same time while get ready CA Intermediate | CA IPCC OR subsequent to clearing CA Intermediate | CA IPCC i will convey my balance months of articleship. it would be ideal if you help me in such manner .
