Use tables, bullets to answer to the questions. Underline important points only with blue/black pen. Don’t start your paper with 1st question. First answer the question which you know best. Answer the questions with due emphasis on provision of the law – support your answer/conclusion with proper reasoning. Answer should be based on relevant legal provisions or judicial pronouncements. If you are 200% sure regarding the name of the case law, then only mention the name else simply write” it has been judicially held that….” Quote relevant section numbers/ case laws: Quoting section would give additional credit of 0.5 to 1 marks. Kindly mention the same only if you are are 200% sure regarding the name of the case law, then only mention the name else simply write” it has been judicially held that….” Or “according to relevant sections and provisions of the……. Act “. Give assumptions: if questions seems to be incomplete or might have an alternate answer give your answer clearly stating what you have presumed. Answer in commensurate the marks : Don’t write an essay of say 200 words answer for a 2 marks answer or merely state true or false and close your answer in 30 – 40 words for a 5 marks answer. Lengthy answers or answers running in pages does not always fetch more marks Do not use short forms – like CA 2013 for Companies Act, 2013. Present your answer well – answer should be neat and legible. Answer all parts of the question one another. If you don’t know answer for any sub part then leave page for that and go to attempt next question. The left one to be attempted once you are through with the known ones. Follow instructions given on the cover page of answer paper. All the best, Regards.
first of all understand the question if they have given u any case study , then it should be written in steps -first heading should be facts. Under this heading write the whole whatever is given to you - then next heading is legal issue. Under this write whatever u have to prove. for eg u have to see if given ques amounts to defecience in service or not (consume protection law) - then comes the heading Legal Point. under this u have to write the law under which the given case falls.. for eg if u are given case from cosumer protection laws chapter then ur legal point will be consumer protectin act 1986. -then next heading is arguments.. under this u have to explain ur whole answer.. what basis u are giving ur judgement.. now if are given a normal ques... just write it in points.. make bullets... ur answer should not be too lenthy... write only whatever is asked and according to the marks.. for example if are given 5 marks ques.. write only 5 points... do not panic.. also under line the main heading in everypoint do not write more than one answer on one page... always start a new question from a new page.. no matter how much space is left.. Never write a section that u dont know or even if u have a slightest doubt. always write in order..
Firstly it will be decided **according to marks** of question If question has low marks like 1-2 marks then we should answer in **sufficient** and **to the point** words. If question has more then 2 marks we should answer in explain .. other some points to be remember for answering of big question: 1. **Answer divided in points** 2. **Proper headline** 3. **Consist of actual desirable content** 4. **Consist of short example (if possible)** 5. **Case law (if applicable**)

These are some of the most important points for writing answers to theory questions in CS executive exam: 1. Begin your answer with a relevant intorduction of the chapter and don't forget to mention the name of the Act and the provisions. This will impress the moderator and will fetch you some extra brownie points. 2. Avoid cutting and errors. Write neatly. Doesn't matter if your handwriting is bad, if it's clean and readable, that's enough. Also don't waste your time in writing slowly to improve your handwriting, because time is the most important factor during your exam. Don't waste it. 3. After writing your Introduction to the answer, write the main relevant answer to the question and stick to the subject of the question, Don't go off topic. This is called the main body of the answer. 4. After writing the main body, finish up your answer by writing a suitable conclusion. Don't just write the question again with hence or therefore. Give a justification of the main body in two or three sentences. 5. Try to write the big question first, which carries more marks so that after you finish it, you can calmly concentrate on other small questions without being stressed during the last one hour. 6. Underline important points to make them appear authentic. 7. Don't write sections or sub sections for every topic unless you are sure about it. 8. Complete your whole paper. Doesn't matter if you don't know exact answer to any question, Just write the answer so that it at least fetches you 1 mark at least. Even that's important and can create huge difference. 9. Don't be stressed while writing your answers. Dont panic looking at the questions. CS executive exam questions are obviously not going to be easy, so don't make it more difficult by being stressed too. Hope this answer helped. May you score great marks in your CS executive exam. All the best.
Hie Ritu first of all you must be ensure that answer must be precise and to the point. In subjects like company law, industrial & labour law ; if you do not know the sections , then you must write it as "AS PER THE PROVISIONS OF THE COMPANIES ACT" this will let the checker understood properly . secondly, write the sections of the act only if you know that they are accurate otherwise there is n need to write the sections. try to attempt the questions in the manner prescribed by them and if you want to know the way to write the answers , then you must see download the answer sheets from the ICSI website. that will be helpful to you in an efficient manner. ALL THE BEST
Apart from good handwriting and best presentation which will provide you more marks then others though all have written same answers. 1 First of all give heading or title to the answer what has been actually asked and what is the main area to answer ( Section no - name in case of case studies ) 2 Then write main provision regarding it that what does it mean and what is the requirement ( To the point and considering marks at the same time) 3 Now answer your question if it is case study or else that by referring to that point we can conclude this and that. If possible and have time then at the end simply highlight or underline the main and basic points in answer which allow paper checker that one has sufficient knowledge so in reward at least you will be benefited by 1-2 marks extra per question then anyone else.
Understand the question clearly. Then decide what is the exact requirement and present in point manner .Avoid stories. For example ..answer to case law Brief facts means you must understand the question and what are the facts occured inthat particular Question must present under the heading brief facts . many provisions in law subject and all of you known well.for this you must observe the situation given inthe question and also decide your self which provision mostly suitable for that and start presenting as per provision .....under the heading provision. Better avoid quoting section numbers if you are capable to quote right one its fine. at the end of the exam pay little bit care because your answer totally may be corect but if your conclusion is wrong there is chance to loose all marks...take care at conclusion. In clear words answer to question ,example eligible or not like that. If you donot know the exact conclusion,,, leave it atleast you can get minimum marks score max
